Our Programs

Blazing Stars Foundation empowers and supports young people to reach their full potential. In line with this mission, we offer a variety of after-school and workshop programs for young ladies and men aged 12-18 years old. Here are a few examples of the programs we offer:

 

The goal of the program are:

·   To produce confident young adults.

·   To teach participants responsibility, respect, and discipline.

·   To help participants realize their potential and self -worth.

·   To introduce positive role models to participants.

Program Topics Include:

Leadership Development, Life Skills, Resumes, Real World Applications, Financial Planning, Setting Goals, College Readiness, and Community Service.

  1. Empowerment Workshop: This workshop is designed to help boys and girls build confidence, self-esteem, and leadership skills. Participants will engage in group activities, discussions, and individual reflection to better understand themselves and their strengths. They will also learn practical skills for setting goals, making decisions, and communicating effectively.

2. Health and Wellness Workshop: Our health and wellness workshop is designed to help young adults develop healthy habits and learn about the importance of self-care. Participants will engage in nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and mindfulness activities. They will also learn practical skills for setting goals and making healthy choices.

3. Explore the Art of Menu Planning Workshop:  Delve into the world of menu creation and planning. Participants will learn how to design well-balanced and enticing menus for different occasions, considering dietary restrictions, cultural preferences, and presentation techniques that make a lasting impression.

4. Learn the Art of Table Setting Workshop: Discover the secrets of creating an inviting and elegant table arrangement. From understanding proper placement of cutlery and glassware to arranging centerpiece elements, participants will gain practical skills to impress their guests.

5. Eating Etiquette Workshop: Dive into the finer points of dining etiquette, including proper use of utensils, napkin etiquette, and graceful dining habits. Participants will gain confidence in navigating formal and informal dining situations with poise and elegance
