Our President and Vice President, are both graduates of culinary arts programs such as Schoolcraft Culinary College and Johnson & Wales University, bring over 20 years of experience in the food service/hospitality industry. As a small business owner and an African-American woman, our owners adds diversity and a unique perspective to our approach.
