Blazing Stars Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping children in education and providing them with the essential tools they need to succeed. We are a multi-faceted organization that offers various educational services, including tutoring, mentoring, and advocacy. We aim to help our students reach their full potential and become lifelong learners. We strive to provide our students with the necessary resources to help them succeed in school, trade school, college, and life. We believe every child deserves the opportunity to reach their dreams and become a bright star. Through our commitment to providing quality educational services, we hope to foster a more equitable education system for all children.

History

The Blazing Stars Founders Ronald and Veronyca Cornish, with a combined 48+ years of teaching experience in culinary arts, have identified an urgent need for innovative education solutions due to the disruptions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Their dedication has driven them to create a virtual culinary arts program in the metaverse. This program offers immersive, interactive experiences that foster creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking. It breaks geographical and logistical barriers to keep students in line due to external circumstances. The virtual platform enables students to engage in hands-on culinary experiences from home.

As current educators, we understand the importance of education and how it can open doors to new opportunities. However, we also recognize that many obstacles can prevent young people from achieving their dreams. Through our years of teaching, we have seen students struggle with poverty and a lack of resources and support,

We founded the Blazing Star Foundation to address these challenges and help young people overcome them. Our goal is to provide a range of services to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.
